DIGI-TOOL MENTORS aims to tackle dropout rates among students between 14-19 years old at secondary high schools in partner countries using technological and educational changes. Early School Leaving (ESL) has always been a problem for governments for years and has never lost the priority. Truancy and dropout rates, in a sense, reflect the quality of education. The fight against early school leaving forces educational intuitions to find new solutions. There have been many attempts to cope with this issue, but this project wants to find a different solution. Therefore, the project aims to increase student’s attendance levels in partner schools and encourage them for Higher Education. In order to do so the project will carry out situation, risk, factor and needs analyses to see the results of mentorship at schools.
